These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between Signature Bath Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company (PA HIC 202659), and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) for bathroom remodeling services including but not limited to tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, tub installations, and related bathroom renovation services (“Services”). By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
a) The Company provides professional bathroom remodeling services throughout Central Pennsylvania, including tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, walk-in tub installations, and related bathroom renovation work.
b) All Services will be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the written estimate, proposal, or contract provided to the Customer.
c) Installation timelines are typically 1-2 days for standard projects, subject to the specific scope of work and any unforeseen circumstances.
d) The Company reserves the right to subcontract portions of the work to qualified third-party contractors while maintaining overall responsibility for the project.
a) Free in-home estimates are provided to prospective customers. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
b) All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the Customer and conditions observed during the initial assessment. Additional costs may apply if undisclosed conditions are discovered during the project.
c) Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing (including the “Beat Any Competitor’s Quote” guarantee) are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
d) Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid on prior purchases unless explicitly stated.
a) A deposit or down payment may be required before work commences, as specified in the written contract or estimate.
b) Final payment is due upon completion of the Services unless alternative payment arrangements have been made through our financing partners.
c) We offer flexible financing options with approved credit. Promotional financing offers (such as deferred interest programs) are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement and credit approval.
d) For promotional deferred-interest financing: If the promotional balance is not paid in full within the specified promotional period, interest will be charged from the purchase date at the standard APR disclosed in the financing agreement.
e) Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card, or through approved financing arrangements.
f) Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by Pennsylvania law.
a) Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval.
b) The terms of any financing agreement are governed by the separate financing contract between the Customer and the lending institution.
c) The Company is not responsible for denial of credit or changes to financing terms by the lending institution.
d) Promotional financing offers are time-limited and subject to change without notice.
a) Customers may cancel this Agreement within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act requirements.
b) Cancellations made after the three-day period but before work has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and restocking fees for custom-ordered materials.
c) Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in charges for work completed, materials purchased, and labor expended.
d) Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of approved cancellation.
a) Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties.
b) Changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges and may affect the project timeline.
c) The Company will provide a written change order detailing any additional costs and timeline adjustments before proceeding with changed work.
a) The Company warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.
b) Materials and products installed carry manufacturer warranties, the terms of which will be provided to the Customer.
c) The Company provides a workmanship warranty on installations, the specific terms and duration of which will be outlined in the contract.
d) Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by parties other than the Company.
e) To maintain warranty coverage, Customers must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided by the Company and product manufacturers.
a) The Company will obtain all necessary permits required for the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b) Permit costs, if any, will be included in the estimate or billed separately as agreed.
c) All work will be performed in compliance with applicable Pennsylvania building codes and regulations.
d) The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals are obtained prior to commencement of work.
a) The Customer agrees to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the workspace is reasonably accessible.
b) The Customer is responsible for removing personal items, valuables, and fragile objects from the work area prior to the start of the project.
c) The Company will make reasonable efforts to protect surrounding areas but is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
d) The Customer must ensure that utilities (water, electricity) are accessible and functioning for the duration of the project.
a) Signature Bath Solutions, LLC is fully insured and certified (PA HIC 202659).
b) The Company maintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Pennsylvania law.
c) The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control.
d) The Customer agrees to notify the Company immediately of any concerns or issues during or after the project completion.
a) Customers must provide accurate information about the property, existing conditions, and any known issues that may affect the project.
b) Customers are responsible for securing pets during the installation period to ensure the safety of workers and animals.
c) Customers must be present or designate an authorized representative during the initial consultation and final walkthrough.
d) Customers are responsible for maintaining installed products according to manufacturer guidelines.
e) all users must be 18 years or older.
a) The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
b) In the event of force majeure, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer and resume work as soon as practicable.
a) Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
b) If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Pennsylvania.
c) The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
a) All design concepts, plans, and custom work created by the Company remain the intellectual property of Signature Bath Solutions, LLC.
b) The Company reserves the right to photograph completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes unless the Customer objects in writing.
a) The Company collects and maintains Customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at signaturebathsolutions.com/privacy-policy.
b) By submitting contact forms or requesting estimates, Customers consent to receive communications from the Company via phone, email, and text message.
c) Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or following unsubscribe instructions in emails.
d) The Company does not sell or share Customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
a) By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Signature Bath Solutions for marketing, customer care, and account notifications.
b) Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
c) You may reply “STOP” to unsubscribe from text messages at any time. Text “HELP” for support.
d) Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.
e) Carriers are not responsible for messages.
a) The Company’s total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Services.
b) The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
c) Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date of project completion.
a) This Agreement, together with any written estimates, contracts, and the Company’s Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
b) This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
c) Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
